What is Sushi Italiano? One of our proudest cuisines that we have introduced to Middlesex County is Sushi Italiano. An Innovative creation created by Chef Jimmy Trabelsi. Sushi Italiano is created with ingredients native to Italy, such as our our famous Parma Sushi Rolls featuring a risotto with Mozzarella, roasted pepper, a balsamic reduction & wrapped in delicious prosciutto. Most of our rolls use cooked ingredients & the ones with fish use Italian replacements, such as clams, fried calamari & smoked salmon. Don't forget to eat your Sushi Italiano!

The Chef Born in Ravenna Italy, Jimmy Trabelsi's love for natural cooking started as a child.

He studied at the culinary school in Milano Marittima, Italy then worked at some of the finest restaurants in the region. Taking his culinary talent to New York City, he further perfected his cooking skills with an emphasis on natural and organic ingredients. With old world knowledge mixed with contemporary techniques, he, along with his wife Fern have created Alessio.
